| I would honestly say for my purposes paint.net is my favorite, seeing as whenever I use it it's mainly to edit a screenshot or other extremely mundane things such as that.
What I probably like most about it is it's interface, very easy to understand and use. (lol no computer skills) | |

| My favorite is the gimp, easy to use easy to understand, looks good, very versatile, and very good all around. Open source, great custom filters and plug-ins. | |

| I Used a program called GraphicsGale a while back when i was take by the idea of 8-bit style art. It's really easy to use and it worked pretty well. I was able to create a lot with it. But I don't know. You guys should try it sometime. | |

| I'd almost completely forgotten about these forums, real life intervened, as it so often does. The ravening hordes of spam bots didn't help much either. But nice to see a new face that isn't a robot. And my favorite graphical editing program is now photoshop. Dem filters man, dem filters. | |

| Haa! Well, My friend and I can't afford such expensive software :/. Any suggestions on another? We're basically need a decent program in which it allows us to trace lines of image we scanned on to the computer and make it easy for us to print out. Not to sure if paint has a layer function (which is pretty ideal) and a way to make all the shades, the same shades. I'm not sure if I'm explaining it correctly... We just want to make a shadow image, get me? (I'm Terrible at explaining things sometimes.) | |
